TERMS & CONDITIONS OF GUESTS STAYING AT BROKEN VIEW ESTATE.


BOOKINGS

  • Prices quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes the guest’s acceptance of the ‘Terms and Conditions” stated below.
  • The balance of payment is due before your arrival.
  • We accept credit card payments (Master or Visa card) or direct deposits as paying options.
  • In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, deposits can be transferred once to an alternate date within 6 months – subject to availability. If the deposit is not used within 6 months it will be forfeited.
  • No refunds are issued unless the villa is re-booked at the same rate (an administration fee of $60 per room will be deducted from any refund). If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of check-in,  no refund will apply.
  • We have a minimum 2 night stay.

DURING YOUR STAY

  • Check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Variations may be possible and late check out fees may apply.
  • All our villas are non-smoking inside. ‘Butt bins’ are provided for outdoor use. Any evidence of smoking in the room will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.
  • Villas are serviced before and after your stay.
  • The villas are to be left in a tidy condition. If additional cleaning is required, an additional charge will apply. All damages must be paid for.
  • To protect our native wildlife – no pets are allowed.
  • Due to several unfenced dams on the property, no provisions are made for children to stay at the Estate.

Privacy is important to us at Broken View Estate. All information provided to us is treated as confidential, and will not be passed onto any third party.
